My Experience with Brain Wave Vibration (a poem!)

Posted by: michela In: Dahn Yoga| Members ()

by Tommy Tune

To be guided to your own perfect rhythm,
to be coaxed yet never forced,
to be encouraged to find the unique vibration within,
and thus to live with it to its fullest
and highest degree.
This is the path as I perceive it. To each his own.

Ann G. Burgess Fitness Wellness Coach

Posted by: story In: Members ()

We are publishing and experience words by Ann G. Burgess, CSCS, age 46, Fitness-Wellness Coach about Dahn Yoga.

“To extol the innumerable virtues of Dahn Yoga & Healing to me personally, would require several hours or a minimum of 20 bullet points! I have been practicing for two and a half years, but, within months, I lost the need for three medications, and, more than a year ago, I stopped taking the one medication I thought for sure I could never be without. I am ordinarily and consistently relaxed, happy, and look forward to each day. Whereas 10 years ago, it was common to struggle with the prospect of being really alive, in no uncertain terms, or just buttering a piece of toast. When I first started, I would feel the need for Ibuprofen, like M & Ms, in order to control the pain and inflammation in my sinuses for which I had surgery in 1993. There is nothing like this practice to keep me clear, pain-free and confident anywhere my mind and body needs to be in any given moment. With every class and workshop I take, I go deeper into myself and more sincerely outward to help as many others as I can touch in accordance with my essence or “true self,” rediscovered with great relief at the many Shim Sung Workshops I have participated in as a member or volunteer. There’s quite a bit more to say, but I want you to believe. This means you! Kam Sam Ni Da!”

Here is another member of Dahn Yoga Patricia Lee. He shares experience of life that how I transform my body stronger and mind fast.

Patricia Lee says “I started Dahn yoga June 2008 because of anxiety. I have been practicing daily for a year now. It have been a tremendous life transformation, my body felt stronger, lighter, flexible and energize. It also calm my mind and emotion, it lifts my spirit and soul and makes me feel happier and positive about things. I can now sense the energy flowing in my body. Recently, I did the 2 weekends Shim Sung workshop, it was very powerful and I was amazed how it changed me. My heart is full of love, joy & inner peace. I finally know who I am and I’m in control of my body. The healing session was wonderful. Thank you Master Gina and Master Min for your instruction, guidance and also for your love and support.

Thank you, KAMSAHAMNIDA!!!”
