Where Dahn Yoga practitioners share their experiences

Hawaii is a gorgeous place to take a relaxing retreat and an even better place to practice Dahn Yoga meditation techniques. Specifically, the peaceful community of Hilo has a wonderful natural landscape where one can truly absorb their surroundings and work on self healing.
The Wailuku River State Park in Hilo offers visitors an incredibly serene atmosphere, with a sparkling waterfall that descends from an 80-foot overhang, creating a colorful mist that gives the attraction its name – Rainbow Falls. Try practicing a few yoga poses as the water cascades in the distance and the sound of the waves crashing below will be a perfect complement your savasana.
Also in the park are the famous Boiling Pots. These are small pools that collect water from the flowing river, which bubble like a jacuzzi. Make sure to only observe and appreciate the sight from afar, as the water rushes at high speed and could be dangerous up close.
Those who want to more of a spectacular scene can visit Mauna Kea, which is the tallest volcano on earth and also an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
