Dahn Yoga Helped James Pesuthich Manage His Stress Level

James Pesuthich is studying Dahn Yoga for last 4 years, he wanted to tell a couple of things through this video. James tell that Dahn Yoga helped him manage his stress level and now he feel more concentrated, can control his anger and living a health happy life. Thank to Dahn Yoga!

    stress management is quite easy, all you have to do is get some yoga and breathing exercises.
