Look Younger And Happier With Dahn

How have you improved in these areas? When I began I was very stiff and inflexible. When I went to my physical 2 weeks ago, my doctor commented on how very flexible I am now! I am also able to withstand the Houston heat better than I have in the past.

How often do you attend class? 3 – 4 times per week.

What others notice about you now? People are saying I look younger and happier, and that I am more relaxed.

Chronic Tatigue Syndrome

When I began Dahn Yoga practice my condition was not good. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. I didn’t have any energy; no strength or flexibility. I started coming to class 3 times a week and I noticed some improvement within 2 months. Now I come 5 times a week. I also receive healing sessions weekly. The combination of the healing sessions & classes have accelerated the growth of my mind-body integration. Now my condition is good.

My hip joints have opened up. My circulation is better. My stress is more manageable and I sleep better. I have fewer headaches. I am stronger and more flexible. My family has noticed that my complexion is clearer and my focus is sharper.

I will continue with this program for the rest of my life.

Improve Your Flexibility And Balance

I am in-house counsel for an energy company based in Houston. I have been racticing Dahn Yoga for almost a year and have experienced many benefits. I have noticed that my
flexibility and balance have improved and that I have a higher energy level. I have also experienced an increase in my overall muscle tone an in my upper and lower body strength. I have also been told that I look younger (which I greatly appreciate since turning 40 last year!).

In addition to the physical benefits, Dahn yoga has also helped me relax and deal with stress more effectively. Through meditation methods taught, I have learned how to cool down my mind and to concentrate better. I have also experienced a more positive attitude and an increased sense of centeredness and balance.

I have really enjoyed and benefited from the Dahn yoga programs and have recommended them to many of my friends and co-workers!
