Peaceful Brain

It’s important that our brain be peaceful in order for our body to work harmoniously with itself.  With a busy mind, our body is likely to feel scattered, stuck and stressed.  Take time each day to be peaceful.  This energy is very inviting.  The mind of Ilchi Lee is very peaceful and just being around him you feel the calm energy from him.
